Course Withdrawal Policy
For full-semester courses, commencing on the eighth calendar day of the semester (fall and spring) and ending at midnight on the Friday of the tenth week (fall and spring), a student who submits a completed Course Schedule Adjustment Form may withdraw from any class, after consultation with the course instructor and advisor. In the case of courses that are less than full semester, the student may withdraw from a course through the course schedule adjustment process until the midpoint (50%) in the course after consultation with their advisor and instructor. Course Withdrawal Procedure
Courses may be dropped online without tuition during the first seven days of the semester.
Prior to the unrestricted course 撤军 deadline, students may initiate a course 撤军 by completing the Course Schedule Adjustment Form [Electronic form submission] that will facilitate obtaining the necessary approvals indicated in the Course Withdrawal section.
After the unrestricted courses 撤军 deadline, if there are extenuating circumstances, students may initiate a course 撤军 by completing the Course Schedule Adjustment Form [Electronic form submission] and obtaining approvals in the Late Course Withdrawal section. The electronic form will route your submission to the appropriate offices for approval of a late course 撤军.
After this has been processed by the registrar’s office, an email notification will be generated and forwarded to the student’s instructor(s) and academic advisor(s) and a grade of W will appear on the academic transcript.
